(1) There will be a recruitment committee to recommend the appointment and promotion of teachers and staff of the institution (2) The following members will be in the post-filling committee:-
(a) Person appointed by the Assembly – Chairman
(b) The Secretary of the Public Service Commission or his designated representative – Member
(c) One Member-Secretary appointed by the Executive Council from among the teachers (3) The term of office of the Chairman and Member-Secretary under clauses (a) and (c) of sub-section (2) shall be four years.
(4) The work, duties and rights of the post-filling committee shall be as prescribed.
(5) The procedure related to the meeting of the vacancy committee shall be as prescribed.
